I ordered a Tesla and just saw the super negative customer service reviews and I honestly felt the customer service is not that great but seeing the reviews scares me a lot! Is the service that bad really?? And then I looked up for BMW and Mercedes, which have the same kind of super negative reviews too!! Please advise! Since all these luxury cars are horrible from customer service perspectives... Confused! I own a Honda and Nissan... I wanted to try something luxury and new tech... TC - 325K Note: apologies for those spelling typos... The 3rd option is to buy Tesla! #tesla
Donโt go to an AutoNation shop. Independent BMW dealers tend to have better customer service.
Bmw used to give catered breakfast till like 2010 then everyone and their grandma got one and now they got like junk coffee and some energy bars lols. But service is still great if you are in the warranty period. Porsche is the new bmw now for the bay and the dealer experience is great.
Tesla set up a secret team with the goal of suppressing thousands of driving range complaints from its customers. Lexus has best customer service.
You would be lucky if you can reach a CS agent
Bay Area? Go to Leasehackr find a dealer for iX or EQE
Toyota or Lexus
I've never heard anything bad about Tesla CS. But I've never had a problem either, so maybe I'm unaware. Even if they do suck, you'll deal with them much less often due to EV reliability and low maintenance. The only time I've ever had to set up an appt with Tesla was to install a new badge after installing frontal PPF. A guy showed up at my home, installed it in a few mins, and was on his way.
A little bit about online reviews. There aren't many who are both satisfied with a product and give a positive review, but there are many who find problems and give a negative review. Networking is still your best friend to filter out the noise and get information. Or you can post on blind like this, and trust stranger's opinions.
Buy a Porsche
Itโs dealership dependent except Tesla. Iโve had good experiences with various Infiniti, VW and Subaru dealers in the Bay Area. Tesla is horrible from everything Iโve heard. Thereโs no incentive for them to provide good service because there are no competing dealers.
Keep Honda
