Title: Sr. Hardware designer Level: P3 Base : 130k Equity: 132k over 4 years TC: 163K No sign on bonus YOE - 4.5 Location: Palo Alto I have seen Sr level position with TC up to 190K. Is that possible? How much high can I negotiate? #Tesla #compensation #hardware

I think you can push for more equity and base. Try ask 140k base and 200k stock
