Currently interviewing at Tesla, anyone able to share any insight on what to expect in terms of compensation and work? Recruiter mentioned a base of 120-135k and 80-100k RSU. No bonus but performance based cash or stock reward every 6 months. YOE: ~6 years Thanks!
