I have a panel interview coming up for a data role. Already finished the take home test and a few other interviews (non-technical) ones and this is the final round of interviews. I know that I have to present something but have no clarity on what to expect from the post presentation 1:1s with engineers and leaders. Has anyone gone through this recently? Should I expect technical interviews as well? Any tips or suggestions will be super helpful. Thank you. Current TC: 0 (2 time layoff victim) #tech #tesla #interview
Yes, you can expect technical interview and it depends on the interviewer, they can ask interview questions based on your presentation or questions related to the current role or mix of both. In my experience Interviewer1 : technical - mix of both. Interviewer2 : technical fully based on fundamentals of the position I was applying too ( level easy/medium). Interviewer3: Non- technical.
Thank you! Very helpful
Could I DM you for tesla referrals?
I had 4 panels, 2 were coding and 2 were system design
Ensure you emphasize the work you did. Avoid using “my team worked on ABC” but rather “I worked on ABC, delivered XYZ” etc etc

Tesla sucks unless it’s your only offer
