Tesla RTO
Seems like Tesla is now full On-site in the Bay Area. Are they still helping setup home office for those on-call or in Ops teams? Do they pay for on-call rotation? Any other Perk I should consider that might have not be mentioned during interviews? I only know about the cellphone and commute allowance. TC- 120k ๐ฅ

You can get a higher signing bonus if youโre moving to the Bay Area. Iโve noticed that those who negotiate harder get more with their offers from Tesla. Iโm about to get my offer from them soon as well

Tesla always better than SAP higher tc,latest cutting edge tech and the tesla tag,even if you get fired you'd still find a job somewhere.
