About 30/hr is what I've heard.
The major benefit will be the experience you get which will be very valuable for you and your career development. You will be put in situations that are very challenging for a student with minimal experience but you'll be trusted with a lot of you can prove you can handle it. You will learn more about supply chain in a few months at Tesla then you ever will in school. It takes a certain type to be successful for sure. . If you are successful then you will likely have the opportunity to join full time. Tesla doesn't have a catered internship experience per say so manager experiences arent consistent.
