Team dependent. For the most part, you will get to learn a lot of you are willing to put in the effort. Stock price will surely go up but do not choose it because of that. There are a mix of good and bad engineers in terms of technical skills & human nature so make sure to evaluate that before making a decision. Generally speaking....It's usually not the company who you work for that matters in the long run but the people who you work closely with

It's not the company that is bad.....Try to think rationally and to see things from different perspectives Not everyone in Tesla likes or agrees with Elon on various things but they work there because of their priorities. Could be Family for some, could be Impact for some, could be Visa for some, Could be Learning for some, could be Mission for some...
