Tesla to Google transition?
Did anyone switch from Tesla to Google? What are your thoughts? How was the transition? Specifically I’m in supply chain. Current TC 350. New offer 280k+ (still negotiating) Need peace of mind.

OP - are you sure you're calculating TC right? Levels says P2/L4 range is 180-220k?

Still no formal offer. But I was told: Base: 144k Bonus: 15% Stocks: ~300k (33% in year 1. Third number is up in the air) Sign on bonus: there’s one, but don’t have this number either. I assumed a min of 15k

Apart from your (lucky) Tesla stock blow up, this is good offer with annual TC coming close to $260k.
What positions at both companies?
P2 at Tesla and L4 at Google. Both GSM roles
