Tesla was close to having $0 (~$300M) operational cash last year. It doesn't mean close to being bankruptcy!! Stock price is often a balance of assets in balance sheet and future potential for the company to deliver profits. Having said that, yes tech stocks are over valued than what above adds up to.
Umm...running out of cash is the very definition of bankruptcy
