Hello! I recently got a Texas Instruments offer for the full time position at Dallas. Base: 100k Relo: 8k Joining Bonus: 15k Rsu: 15k/4 years Tried to negotiate a bit (didn't pushed hard as i didn't had any other offers in hand), but they denied that they don't negotiate for new grads. Is TI a good company to start in your career? Every company is going through a hiring freeze nowadays and it's really hard to get even interviews. If anyone has openings for new grads in Physical Design, please let me know! I have 8 months of Internship experience in Physical Design. #design #interviews #texasinstruments
Is this for bachelors or masters?
100k shouldn’t be bachelor.
If you have competing offers, they might negotiate. If you don’t, they won’t.
