I have an interview coming up for Digital Design/Verification role (MS/PhD Level). I have to take an online assessment and then I have a first round video interview. What can I expect from these and how should I prepare? #hardware #interview #semiconductor #digitaldesign #texasinstruments
Not much technically. Depending on the interviewer, you can BS you way into the job. Just be like-able and someone they would want to go to happy hour with in Dallas.
Really? I've seen everywhere that they are tough and ask a lot of technical questions. My friend who is definitely smarter than me didn't make it past the second round.
That was old TI. Nowadays due to attrition and tight market they have difficulty in hiring.
Honestly man, don't join TI. You will get paid peanuts even compared to other hardware companies. Please look elsewhere, I wouldn't give TI the out
I'm not getting paid much currently nor is it even in the electrical field at all so I'm basically switching career fields. Is TI at least a good stepping stone?
Yeah if you are switching careers
