Luxoft vs Deloitte offers

I have 2 offers in romania from a company luxoft on a project from financial domain, the client is called UBS and they say they have many applications old like 20 years and are rewriting them in microservices architecture (java). Offer: 1800 euros net monthly + 700$ relocation. City: Bucharest Deloitte didn't promise me a project, they said I will be assigned to a project after I sign. (Java). Offer: 1800 euros net monthly. City: Bucharest. I also have an offer from a company in romania having cisco as a client, it is a java microservices architecture with dependencies in c++ and python. Offer: 1500 euros net monthly. City: Iași. What will you choose? Context I was fired (the boss had something personal with me) from my current employer and need to find something else till 1st of my. They can't make me leave after that because it is a contract with undefined period, but I should go... If they do not want me anymore..

Why all votes for deloitte?

In these tough times where you should value job security, I'd prefer a well known consulting company with in-house development over a bodyshopper where I'd be deployed to a client. Moreover, considering many investment banks are moving from service model to in-house development model, you never know when a client decides to end the service leaving many heads to be rolled in service company.

You definitely get more bang for you buck in Iasi compared with Bucharest but pick the city where you want to live first. Wrt Luxoft vs Deloitte, I would pick Luxoft without any hesitation. You will learn more, have a bigger impact. Working with an Investment Bank as client will again be a very useful experience. Deloitte is a bureaucracy hell.
