No. Why would I? I thank them for their time at the end of the interview. Enough said. I sure as hell don't stalk them on social media.

I like to look up my interviewers on LinkedIn. If their profile is completed enough I might be able to ask some good questions about their current role. Certainly not on other platforms like FB cuz that’d be weird.

Only to recruiters. I have said this before. A thank you could go a long way. I didn’t finish onsite last year but I thanked my facebook recruiter. He came back this year and I am going onsite without doing phone screen again. Nice dude. Whether my thank you email helped or not, I just wanted to thank someone. It doesn’t take that much time seriously.

Agree with keeping connection with recruiters. They move around as well so even if you got declined by one company that same recruiter could pop up sourcing somewhere else.

Keep connection with recruiter but a thank you a little over the top. It’s literally their job anyways.

Some of them DO send me thank you note for MY time, but that usually comes with a rejection so 🍆

You are missing the “No, I’m not a creepy stalker” option that most people would choose. Worthless poll.

No, that’s ridiculous.
