The YouTube icon becomes a generic Google icon

Google Chrome: it belongs to Google YouTube: it belongs to Google also Then why, out of all websites I go to, YouTube is the only one that is on my bookmark bar on Google Chrome, that would become a generic Google icon once in a while? It looks like it expired or something, and I have to hunt down where YouTube is, "oh this is YouTube but the icon is wrong". No other website, Amazon, Facebook, Apple, behaves the same. It happens once every month or so for close to two years now, and it happens on all my MacBook Air or Pro. Any PM in Google caught it and any genius from Google going to fix it? TC: 390k
