The only Accenture intern without a return offer
Title says it. God damn, I fucked up hard during my internship with Accenture in TDP. School really broke my confidence in programming so I asked my supervisor to do anything else besides that. Unfortunately he didn’t really listen. My supervisor just meet with me yesterday and said he didn’t want me full time post grad. I feel very lost. I don’t know if I’m good enough for tech. What should I do? I really want to come back into Accenture in consulting? Does anyone have any tips

Do you only want to go in Accenture or do you want to go in Consulting in general? There are multiple other consulting opportunities out there and some are non-programming too (if you are not looking to advance further in programming). Look into other companies. It was not. I was a part of technology development program, very general

Don’t worry about it. Back when I was an intern, didn’t get a return offer at C1. Fast forward two years and I landed at Amazon. Just use it as motivation!
TDP isn’t where you want to be anyway. Lowest pay band and worst promotion setup. You dodged a bullet. Just apply and interview hard the next few months and you’ll be fine
