Therapists recommendations in Seattle/Bellevue/Bothell
Hello everyone, my spouse is suffering with deep trauma and depression and finally agreed to see a therapist. I have searched online and really confused on who to trust. Would you all have any recommendations or guidance for a good therapist or source in greater seattle area? I will be very thankful. If you have enough sessions in Lyra, ask them for direct access care. Theyโll connect you with therapists that are typically out-of-network but covered by Lyra. Lyra tries to hide that, probably coz they lose money on it, but thatโs one of the best benefits of Lyra. I have a need that I needed a specialised perspective on, and used that.
