Just got three job offerings 3 yoe, from Netflix at 600k TC and two financial firms I wont mention their names respectively 550k TC and 620k TC. Pretty sure economy is turning around and there isnt a recession anymore, only took me two months to get those offers. #layoff Edit========= To clarify for Netflix it was L5, first time interviewing with them.

3 yoe as a L5 at nflx seems a stretch. They can pay 600k but haven't seen L5s under 5-6 yoe there
