Don't want to pay 5 or 6 percent brokerage. Shoprop can help with a flat fee. The market price is around 1.5m. Had anyone tried finding a buyer in their company or on blind. What are the pros and cons?
You still have to pay buyer agent 3% - no ?
Not if I use shoprop
For sale by owner bro. It’s easy find a title company. Realtors are useless middlemen in the 21st century. You may want to get a home inspection as well.
I strongly agree with this. The only question is, is it better for me to try to start a bidding war by paying 6 percent. Or to find a buyer who will pay a decent price without a stupid Realtor
It’s the 21st century people who are savvy are going to find your listing on trulia or Zillow. FSBO will allow you to make more and sell it for less.
Try Faira. It’s a bit weird though. Get your place on the MLS if not, the loss in visibility may very well cost you more than the commission.
What has been your experience with faira? I have debated using them, but don't have actual feedback
I bought and sold with them. They were good to work with. The auction really helped. I actually think we got a few more $ out of the deal. But the bigger thing was that we didn’t just accept the first offer. We might have w/o Faira and we would have lost out on a lot of upside once the bidding started.
Upnest, and at you’re price point, you should only give 1% to each realtor.
Shoprop will only charge 4k if I can find a buyer. The house is actually really good and remodeled. I just need to find a buyer who is willing to work with shoprop. Most ppl will find the house really good and is walkable to Google and Facebook shuttle stop.
If you find a buyer your self, what does shoprop do then?
Why do you want to sell your house OP ?
Lode lassan Paisa upper le let jayega..
Google wants to hire Chinese employee and do not want to pay you ur salary
This is a first on blind :) I think you can definitely try your company portal. There .may be individuals who can afford that price and location. Honestly, I wouldnt trust blind or craigslist to sell my 1.5 mm property (if I had that)
I trust blind.. I mean faang employees can easily afford 1.5.
