Anyone have thoughts on whether Google's bet company Verily is worth hanging onto in the hopes that they will ipo soonish, or does it make more sense to sell stocks once vested and put this in other stock? (I'm not at JnJ anymore) Tc: 170
How do you intend to sell pre IPO
I think the company would offer to buy. Or there are certain events which trigger a tag-along clause
Correct. There's always the option to sell back to Verily at market valur
Verily’s valuation has been flat and the market is outperforming it. I’m not keeping much because I’m nervous how the stock would actually do in an IPO. I’m so burnt out I don’t know if I’ll be around to find out anyways. They buy back your stock if you leave so I’m just mostly selling it when I can.

Verily is even worst than Theranos in terms of management! Do you guys even have any idea what you are working on! Go and work for a real biotech
That's quite the take. We're not killing anyone here
You kinda are. Your whole Covid testing program was a shit show. So, ya.
