Nah, Netflix becoming more of a media company as serving infrastructure is commoditized as opposed to becoming more of a tech company. There are only so many times you can make something more robust or more reliable without solving any new problems.

Streaming tech is a commodity now, tell me what tech is left to be solved? Netflix will bleed slowly and get acquired, if it doesn't start acquiring others for market share. The future is mergers and acquisitions, there's a reason banks have existed for as long as there's commerce

That's the beauty of Netflix. It has won. It can double the users and revenue without any significant strategy change, crush the competitions with the sheer scale in the process. What's not to like? Do you really want to work for startups that can't guarantee the paycheck next month?
