I’ve had fraud happen with my Ticketmaster account and some mf is going to the warriors game tonight with three friends. I don’t live there so can’t confront them. Kicker: Ticketmaster has no way for customers to call a dedicated fraud line. They have done nothing. I alerted them on the 20th of Feb. The game is tonight and they have the audacity to continue emailing me about the game. I’m so pissed and I can’t even easily delete the account. What pisses me off the most is that my company has a partnership with them.
Contact your company's partnership team and have them give you the real contact line to correct it
I have contacted them this morning and copied our SVP customer success with whom I have a good relationship and hope to make traction that way. I’m also frustrated that a PayPal customer might go through this so my frustration is two folded (customer empathy and personally driven)
Have you tried to contact PayPal to report the fraud? 🙄
Fraud did not happen through PayPal - it was charged to a card not in my digital wallet.
Then try reaching out to your credit card company and report fraud. Let them handle it with Ticketmaster.

Nope - no idea. I only found out about it when I received an email on the 20th saying “get ready for your event”
