TikTok H1B transfer timeline
I am expecting an offer from TikTok next week. Recruiter mentioned that the start date would be 8 weeks from the date of signing the letter as H1B transfers take time. Is this normal? Anyone else who had to do an H1B transfer - What was your timeline from signing offer to Day1? Edit: Laid off hence on a strict timeline here.

Mine took 3 weeks from written offer to transfer. They say 8 weeks to be safe.
