Not happy with this year’s comp and looking for more $$$. Currently effective working hour in 🍌 is around 35-40, and heard TikTok demands up to 80 ( incl late night calls with oversea team). Have a 1 year old toddler and I’m the single provider in the household. Thoughts?

your participation in overseas meeting is probably dependent on your mandarin skills. if you can only speak english, i doubt they will require your attendance in every meeting so your TT WLB might not be that bad
