Time span to be labelled as a ' university grad '.
I am working as a Data engineer at Deloitte. I am looking forward to apply for SDE jobs. How long will I be considered as a univ grad for SDE1 role - my grad date is December 2017.

Most of the organisation.. Thats why before one year completion people wanna switch domain and after one year they wanna encash it
