Time taken to extend an offer by Microsoft India
Cleared all the tech rounds and manager round. HR asked for documents, pay slips and expectations but nothing after that. It has been 8 days and no communication. I called the HR she did not pick the phone. I emailed her but no reply. Am I ghosted or this is how MS works? This was for Sr. Software engineer Noida location. #tech #microsoft #MS #ghosted

L64/65? MS has the most inconsistent and uncoordinated hiring process of any company I've interviewed with...

You tried calling HR? How many days you have waited?
I mailed them. Got a reply that feedback is positive and one of the recruiter will get in touch with me. My interviews went well. It's been more than a week now, still no response from them.
That's nice TC. Didn't know cadence pays that much. Can you share your TC split ?

is this the usual timeline for Microsoft? If they're gonna take 2 weeks to come back with an offer, least they can do is reply to mail or answer the phone call!!
There may be some pending approval, provided either ur interviews were not great or you your current TC is too high. In both these cases they need some extra process.
They are asking someone as senior as 10+ year experienced for payslips. This is jestful in the least. You may given them a week more, and subsequently a email & a phone followup during the course of the running week. If nothing crops up, best would be to retract & wait/hope for the best.
