Title in H1B vs website and LinkedIn

I was hired by a mid size startup to build a new business. They did my H1B and eventually spun out the business. So the new business is its own company. Lawyers filed for H1B transfer and put me as President. But I’m also the CEO which wasn’t in the H1B application. Company lawyer says don’t put yourself as CEO on company website since it can be an issue. But a startup without a CEO looks shady. What to do?
