To Microsoft leadership

To Satya and the senior leadership - when you choose to retain the clowns and bullies who took over by backstabbing lies, intended malice and gender-hatred into the company, it does not make them leaders (as since 2019 are all unearned, not on merit roles) - it just makes the company a circus. Is pretty sad to see that the foundation built with sweat and tears by hardworking, respected engineers gets trampled like that on a daily basis. #microsoft #hate #misandry #hr #discrimination #leadership #tech

What do you mean by gender hatred?

Hilarious. Women make up about 30% of the company.

Anyone with team of 100+ people cannot manage by themselves. They need to have inner circle/core people..who they trust to manage the org. This by definition creates favoritism, trusting one set of people blindly without even taking time to listen other set of people. That’s the way. What it means for you..either you are in the circle or you are out. If you are out..find a manager/leader where you can be in the ⭕️.

I wanted to answer sooner, but the censorship of truth also exists at Blind, and I was banned for a week. My first question is, why are my posts censored? I am just stating facts happening at Microsoft, witnessed by me and others. If some hater flags my comment because is not fitting their entitled identity personality, why is Blind taking sides, I thought this was a neutral platform and not a leftist forum. To the person that posted the reply - Stop diverting the topic to make it sound like this comes from a disgruntled employee that was laid off - I was not. All Microsoft employees know that women at this company are highly protected by HR and absolutely untouchable. Therefore - everything goes: lies, deceit, backstabbing, and intentional malicious career assassinations are all protected under the watchful HR umbrella. This is not about layoffs but about the current toxic culture promoted and accepted by the company's executive leadership. Other than the disgusting lack of respect, skimpy dresses, and entitled attitudes, I personally witnessed female bosses butt-slapping men in the hallways, yelling at men, and patronizing conversations. If employees (male and female) are quiet is not that these things are not happening, it is either because they are afraid or censored.
