Any Chinese dominated org tends to ask predictable (ie from a known bank) but hard questions
Same with indians. They compensate for their small pps by asking unnecessarily complex question with broken english

I'm not reading the whole wall of text but the guy seems like an angry 10x-er that cried about behavioral questions and getting real-world problems instead of memorizable algorithm problems
