Total Comp Amazon
Looking for other people’s feedback: I hired into amazon as a L5 Program Manager (see numbers below). I just had my PCS update and received 1.2% to 106k and no stock refresh since I’m still in my sign on period. My question is, is this normal or am I getting jerked around? I will be up for a L6 promotion at the second half of the year but it seems fishy to me. Thoughts? Base 105k RSU 60 Sign On 35k cash

Looks normal. My first raise at amazon (started in September) was only 0.778%.
I can’t wait for my review. I know I’m at the top of the band and gonna get rekt come raise time.
Comp seems quite high for an L5 Program Mgr - non tech. You are at the upper end of the range so not much scope for the Target comp to go up unless you are TT or get promoted
