Total Compensation

Hi everyone, I was wondering what is the typical compensation for someone who has 3 years of experience in the Bay Area. My background is in the project/product management and data space. I have my PMP and scrum certs along with my Salesforce admin and CISSP cert as well. I am currently interviewing at various companies like HBO, Lockheed Martin, PayPal, and Hitachi. So it would be good to understand what is the base amount I should be asking for. I originally used to work for the banks based in Canada and IBM previously. #compensation #interview
