Toxic Work life
Currently dealing with a toxic work culture where people yell at each other, find opportunities to blame, politics, ideas are shut down, hierarchical and most of all the managers micromanage and put unnecessary pressure. Requesting referrals for switching asap. I have 4 yrs of experience in Data analytics and development and have worked with multiple industry verticals. P.S. would have tagged the Indian company but it doesnt show under suggestions.
