The offer I received has $120k of RSU but the stocks are assigned based on 45 day average price prior to vesting date. Wondering if that’s better option vs asking them to assign Stock units worth 125k now and it gets vested over time. Appreciate the help!
I don’t think you get a choice. It’s a take it or leave it situation. Most RSU disbursement mechanisms are set for all employees.
It is just the standard policy at Trade Desk. I don't think you will have any input into changing that. What you can do is ask for more stocks if you feel the offer is on the lower side
