Transition into Servicenow
I am a backend dev with 7 years of experience. Recently I recieved an offer from Servicnenow (Hyd ofc), but work will be on Servicenow platform. If I take the chance and move to ServiceNow, what are my chances that I can go back to dev role again, if I want to in future? Also going forward will my opportunities narrow down to only servicenow technologies? There are couple benefits, Pay is awesome. WLB is good Benefits are best in industry You will have great company tag on ur resume. Yes, I have seen people switching from serviceNow to other companies. But not sure about FAANG. Does this offer includes your RSUs as well?
Yes! It includes RSU as well. IMO I feel they low balled the offer. But, I dont have any offers. So accepted. What kind of companies do people switch from Servicenow, generally?
Mostly product based only. But One thing is, you may not get chance to use latest techs in the market, because most of the things are handled by platform.
Is it good option to join servicenow in platform team ?
