No troll posts, please. Let's assume the bill will pass this November, and the company will start the EB-3 process for a ROW candidate in April-May 2020, how long will the candidate have to wait for a GC in that case since I noticed there's a transition period for S386: https://redbus2us.com/s386-bill-gc-country-limits-removal-amendment-chances-updates/#3-Transition-Rules-for-Employment-Green-Card-Petitions-from-FY-2020-toFY-2022? Is it correct that it's going to be around 3-4 years (as an average of 1.5y (currently) vs ~7y (after this bill is approved))? I hope the community will help me so I'll be able to plan accordingly, thanks!
Jeez another S386 post !!! Learn to live with it . I can gurantee that your an Indian. Apparently I have only heard Indians complain about it.
Actually I’m from RoW.
Dont know what that is and doesnt change a thing. Country cap is here to stay. Plan around it
Ill say it again dont have anything against Indians I just f!! prefer diversity. I openly oppose this bill.
Won't ever pass 😇
I hope so !!!
This bill won’t pass. They’ll be too busy with impeachment.
The exact time will depend on which country you were born in, since the per country limits apply in some form till the end of the transition period. I think 3-4 years is a fair estimate. Most likely, a bill to increase the number of GCs will gain momentum once S386 passes.
If this bill pass, this country will be renamed as the United India
Dont count your chickens before they hatch. There is more chance of people shitting gold bricks than this stupid ICC sponsored India first bill passing lol😂
