Transition to AWS from Amazon?
Working at one of the team Amazon as SDE1 (L4) in Seattle. #tech Considering to transfer to an AWS for my career growth. 1. Anyone has experience for this case? Would like to get some your experience. 2. How’s the process? Should I prepare for a technical loop? ~8 months of exp 140k total
1) Which team in AWS, that matters. 2) Typically, you will have the same loop an external candidate has minus the bar raiser. As an internal candidate, you already meet the bar.

Yes, any LPs that the team assigns to SDEs or hiring manager; most often I've seen team fit, bias for action, deliver results, and are right a lot on internal loops plus a smattering of other ones depending on the specific HM
Sheesh I dunno. I worked at AWS for 7 years and it can get very stressful
I think being stressful is common in Amazon at least as far my exp. Lol
