The position is Senior Project Consultant, 70-80% travel, Southeast US, 2-3 direct reports, option for health benefits. Multilevel questions: What range should I provide for the base pay? How much additional compensation should I ask for in a role with 70-80% travel? Is there a gap in hourly versus salary pay? What’s the difference in hourly (all inclusive) and annual salary? Is Israel getting bad PR the reason for banning tik tok?
With that much travel I would definitely ensure that you always have choose of hotel and at a minimum are able to reimburse any Marriott/Hyatt properties...nothing like living out of holiday inns like on of my friends did for two years
Should the choice of hotel be part of the all inclusive price of this puzzle?
It should definitely be something that you ask during negotion to figure out what their policies are regarding travel expenses and what you can expense and can’t. Staying in a 3/4 star hotel 200 days a year is worth st least 40k imo over 2 star hotels
