Travel to Dubai with US Visa
Hey Guys, If a person is having an H1b status and wants to travel to Dubai, I am aware of the on arrival visa policy for people having a US Visa. I have my valid F1 visa with me. Would they allow me to get the on arrival visa based on my F1 visa? Or do I need to have a stamped H1b visa only? Thanks.
I had the same q for south Korea, I asked here, and I got some answers. But I wasn't satisfied. So I went to the inchion airport website and searched for transit tours. Then I emailed the tour company for a reservation giving my Visa status. They guaranteed a seat and also confirmed that my Visa is valid for an on arrival visa. I suggest you do the same for Dubai. I have availed the Dubai equiv of it before, so I know it is possible, still it is best to confirm fe the horses mouth

I have travelled in 2018 in the same scenario. They would allow visa on arrival on a valid F1 visa( not expired). It’s not necessary to be on a H1b visa. I visited while on my way to India for H1 stamping.
