Is it really worth it? I’ll be getting married in 8 months. I have tried out a short solo trip before once and it was okay. I hear people doing it all the time and enjoying it. Can you explain what is the part you enjoy and what makes it fun for you? Wondering if I should take that solo trip to Europe before marriage or with my fiancée. Thought?
It's personal preference, generally the interesting part it gives a chance to meet lot of people.
I took a solo trip after a break up. I just wanted to stay alone, but didn't feel like wasting time staying home. It was actually a lot of communication and meeting a bunch of new people, so I didn't end up being alone as I planned to. I think traveling solo is easy in terms of scheduling stuff, as you don't really have to adjust to anyone else's needs. So in my case I would just leave hotel in morning, visit a lot of places and do activities during the day, and just come back at night dead tired. You don't really have to decide either or. Travel alone, and then with your SO.
Traveling sucks
Some ppl like to travel some ppl dont. I love it. Traveled over a dozen countries solo. But depending on what's going on in any given year I'd rather stay close to home or travel with friends. Try it one more time. If it's not for you try an all inclusive resort, cruise, or something. Not everyone should backpack thru Asia in hostels. Lol
If you're not white, avoid places where you can get killed. You should be fine otherwise.
Likeeee...Texas?
There are certain pockets where it can happen. Google it.
Yeah stupid invincible white people
Justo do it, thank me later
Heh, getting married soon and not living/traveling together? Arranged marriage?

High performers, how often do you have slack off days?
If you did’t enjoy it when you did it before, take your fiancee with you. It’s personal preference, I like going on solo trips sometime. Some people never have fun by themselves.
