SWE get an initial stock grant vesting over 4 years on joining but he also said to expect refreshers each year around the amount of initial grant. Is this likely to happen? Based on great performance or even average Joe will get refresher? TC: £50k YOE: 4
As per my experience, if you are top performer you would get similar or more refresher, if you are average, it might be abit less but still considerable amount.
