TrueCar Layoffs/ Reduction in Force (RIF) (Repost due to management flagging)
Truecar will be laying off employees fairly soon. The layoffs will occur in technology. This includes individuals and possibly teams. their will also be people managed out via PIP. The plan is in place. If you're thinking of coming to TrueCar, don't. We have lost over 40% of our product/technology team since January 2018 (Restructuring) and we are also currently in yet another restructuring. Kudos to HR for posting everything publicly
They have flagged me over a dozen times. I'll just keep reposting. We have families, so I want my friends aware and prepared.

hey, I'm a hard diligent worker I apply my work ethic in most aspects of my life. Sticking it to the man is one of them.
