It’s an Enterprise abuse specialist role. Recruiter says it’s more technical than the job description sounds like. And I’m not sure if that’s true or no.

what kind of technical role? A) just requires knowledge of technical terminology B) must administrate technical systems with some scripting C) full blown coding and engineering work
