Trying to transition from consulting internship to SWE new grad

Hey all, I'm looking for any advice on transitioning from MBB internship to seeking full-time SWE roles after I finish undergrad. I'm currently a rising senior, I've started looking at LC and Cracking the Coding Interview, but generally feel hella unprepared and like I don't have enough time to catch up on the process. I'm definitely looking at bigger companies, and my timeline is pretty reduced because I'm trying to finish everything before I have to respond to my return offer from internship (Oct 1). I'll have my first phone screen with Facebook in about a week, and will be applying to more companies ASAP. Any advice on: what to prioritize while studying (i.e. which data structures are most useful, how to study SD questions, etc etc), what to expect from interviews, etc would all be super appreciated. Also, not that I want to ask necessarily, but if anyone is able+willing to give referral (not really sure how that process works either) to their company, let me know as well :)

You need to study for about 6-12 months and apply after. Otherwise you will just lose your chance to land a nice job and will be black listen for 6-12 months.

Just cover all the basic data structures and algorithms in a breadth first search fashion. Do some easy leetcode questions for each one, and do as many problems as possible each day. But prioritize understanding the basics more than the number of problems you’re solving. The foundation is what will help you tackle brand new problems you’ll see in the interview. If possible, practice with a friend so that they can coach you on your communication, which is equally as important as your coding skills.
