I know this has been asked previously but would like to see if anyone has any updated info with this company recently. Is it generally a good place to work at?
Their staff get cut a lot
Lol. And the rest survive some close shaves.
Lol you got me there
Didn't P&G buy them out?
Unilever did
It's a solid place, best work life balance I've ever found. Only complaint is in regards to leadership not knowing what they want to do long term.
Thanks! Great to hear from someone who works there. So, might not be a good place for a stable long term?
Totally depends on the team. We are owned by Unilever now so DSC isn't going anywhere. I've just seen priorities change like the wind. If you can vibe with that it's a cool place.
I love working here. As the other DSC'er said, the work life balance is great. Pay and benefits are on par with industry standard no RSU though. Only gripe is sometimes priorities can pivot dramatically. Overall, its pretty high on my ideal places to work for the longterm
What is the current interview process like ?
Damn, never thought of them from an employer’s perspective...
