Turn off camera when video conferencing with coworkers
This regards video conferencing on Zoom, Skpye, Slack, or whatever for some routine/daily meeting with your team. Just talking and someone sharing a screen. Nothing formal. You do it with the camera on or off/covered?

Depends on the company culture. IBM-wide the culture seems to be cameras off. I personally prefer that. I don't wanna look at someone's face.

On, body language is important.
It depends. For large meetings, off. For 1-1s, definitely on. For those in between it depends. If one person turns on video, usually I do to reciprocate.
