I've been in AdTech for ~8 yrs now. And for some reason, I always wanted to work with TTD. CEO seems to be a great guy as well. Folks working at TTD, how's it there? Engineering culture, WLB? Can a Senior SDE make 300K+ there while living in MCOL area? Thanks! TC: 260K #tech #thetradedesk

Based on data points in levels.fyi, 300+ is not an issue. 400 is also possible.
Looking at levels it seems like staff starts somewhere around 350k and the data points below would be senior. Not sure how staff at ttd maps to levels at other companies
