Twitch is the "blue chip" -- comp tied to AMZN, it's solid!! Okta is the to-the-moon option, it could be considerably better or worse. Wayfair ... no, it's just not an innovative place, nor an innovative marketplace. There are many Wayfairs and no differentiation.
I was told that Wayfair’s tech stack is 10 year old and all ex-Walmart folks are there. If you want to deal with their politics, go there. I would advice for Okta

I do find it a bit odd that Wayfair doesn’t just use the 30 day rolling avg and just pick their own stock price for RSU calculations. How do Wayfair employees feel about that?
It’s all about timing. I got a great deal when I joined after the stock boomed back up after bottoming out and W didn’t adjust yet.
