I am currently in the process of interviewing at Twitter. I am pretty excited about the team & job description. I’ve also seen some FE/ Web posts on Twitter’s engineering blog that lead me to think Twitter has (or had) some solid staff level front end folks. However I thought I’d try to go to the “source”, and see if anyone on Blind can give me some insight into Twitter’s FE/ Web culture. 1. Does Twitter foster growth in the front end space? 2. Is there a decent amount of freedom / room to make an impact as a front end? 3. Does Twitter acknowledge the changes/ expansion of responsibilities of a modern front end developer? Thanks in advance! What’s the interview process been like? Is it the DS/algo/whiteboarding crap?
Which org? In my personal experience, historically, more full-stack swe but recently they value lots of FE efforts. Yes there are some very high quality senior/staff level FE folks here. Especially, revenue side team and RWEB team.
Hey OP, can you please share your interview experience?
Any update here?
Classic OP behavior.
