I had a virtual on-site on Friday with 7 people for a role at Twitter. How long does it usually take for an update? Do I reach out tomorrow? Or wait for Atleast a week? Anyone have experience with timelines? The recruiter was very ambiguous when I asked for a timeline

The end of Backdoor Roth?!
I don’t see anything wrong w following up regarding a timeline. Just mention you are in final stages w other companies and that you’re really excited about Twitter but are looking for a timeline so you can plan accordingly.
Makes sense! Thanks!
Gl! Something will work out either way. What’s the role?
Research
You can follow up. Sometimes they’re interviewing multiple candidates for the same role so they need to finish all other interviews.
Your interview is for a SWE role?
No, my role is in marketing research
Did you get it?
Yes I did, but I didn’t end up taking it :) had another competitive offer
Mind sharing your interview experience?
Sure, I was quite standard. I had first round with recruiter, second w HM, then on-site with 7 people (all in pairs) and a case study with one of them. They asked me work scenarios, experiences, some twitter specific questions. Happy to chat more. DM me
What is the diff between case study and SD?
Mine was really quick, 24 hours. I told my recruiter I had right timelines due to other offers and how excited I was for the role, and they made it happen!
I’m in final round with another company but don’t have an offer yet. So do you recommend waiting?
You got offer? What were your numbers and which role?
