What kind of comp does Bloomberg give for engineers at PE/Staff level? Is there an IC path for growth?
There are no levels. Just comp based on impact. Market hires can get 300k to 400k if they perform well. But once you join, you won't get much of a raise since the top 5% gets around the 400k range. But there are no refreshers and you always get your bonus unless you are really really bad.
