I have my coding round interview coming up with Twitter where recruiter mentioned I should expect sql and python questions. I have been out of touch with python so if someone can help what level of questions to expect for python. Would it be data wrangling using pandas and numpy or generic coding questions. Any suggestions or help will be highly appreciated. #data #dataanalytics #twitter #twitterseniordataanalyst #dataanalyst #datascience #businessanalyst
Thanks a lot for your comment. It’s for MoPub team. What was the level of SQL questions? I just cleared hiring manager round and recruiter said next round would be technical coding round with high level questions on SQL and Python.
Oh ok. I interviewed for Twitter service. It was really basic SQL questions imo. Nothing even remotely advanced. I think if you practice window functions, sub-queries, joins, etc., you'll be okay. Leetcode Database Medium at best. I wish I could say more about Python - I didn't have a live coding round for Python. The take home was analyzing a small dataset and then filling out a long worksheet about general machine learning questions. For the data exercise, I used pandas, numpy, seaborn, sklearn, and pyjanitor libraries.
How was your interview OP @pk8943? Were you asked Python or just SQL? What was the difficulty of both?
@pk8943, How was the SQL level in the interview.
Pretty easy actually … easy level leetcode for both sql and python … max medium
@pk8943, that is good to hear. How many questions were asked. can you pls post some questions
Nopes didn’t go through
Hi @pk8943, how long did it take them to tell you the result? I had my on-site a while ago, but haven’t heard anything yet.
What team is this for? I had a technical coding round for a Senior Data Analyst position at Twitter and it was just SQL questions. Python was takehome
